GOONG Soy Sauces are made from soy, water and salt. They are characterized by our natural brewing process and by the absence of added flavor enhancers and preservatives. GOONG soy sauces do not contain wheat, which means they are gluten-free and can be safely consumed by people sensitive to gluten or living with celiac disease.

Soy sauce is one of the most important flavorings in Asian cuisine and is now used widely in Western countries too.

GOONG Rice Noodles are made from rice flour and water. The noodles are free from gluten and cholesterol. They are translucent, whitish in color and delicate in taste. They readily absorb the aroma and flavours of vegetables, meat and seafood.

The noodles pair well with fish, mushrooms and aromatic sauces.

GOONG Coconut Milk is a high-quality product obtained purely from coconut flesh (56% and 86% coconut flesh content), with no added emulsifiers, stabilizers, colorings or preservatives.

Coconut milk is a very popular ingredient in Asian cuisines. In Europe, it is increasingly popular among fans of healthy eating.

Our five-spice instant soups are made in Vietnam. Each packet contains delicious noodles and two sachets of spices. To prepare the soup, simply mix with boiling water and wait for 3 minutes.

The dish is easy to prepare in the office or on the road and will satisfy any hunger craving. The noodles in the soup can be used separately as a semi-finished product in other dishes, e.g. salads.

Panko is ideal for breadcrumbing meat, fish, seafood, cheese and vegetables.
